BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
Read through this application form first.
Read the Christmas in The Boo Stallholder Terms & Conditions.
Have images of your products ready.
Have images of your stall setup ready.
Have a digital copy of your Statement of Trade from Streatrader ready (if selling food).
Have digital copies of your Liquor Licence and RSA Certificates ready (if selling alcohol).
Have a digital copy of your minimum $10M Public Liability Insurance certificate ready (if applicable).
Have a digital copy of your CFA Permit ready (if applicable).
BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, you must agree to the following:
You have read and understood the Christmas in The Boo Stallholder Terms & Conditions
You acknowledge the right of organisers or those engaged by the organisers to take photographs of my staff and stall for the publicity purposes of Christmas in The Boo.
You agree to abide by the decisions made by Christmas in The Boo organisers.
You understand that your stall fee must be paid online by the due date to confirm your site. You will receive an email with a link to pay prior to the event if you are accepted.
