Class Descriptions

*CF - denotes child friendly classes

Reformer Pilates A full‑body, low‑impact workout using the Reformer to build strength, improve alignment, enhance mobility, and develop a powerful core. Express sessions deliver all the strength and toning benefits in a shorter, efficient format—perfect for busy schedules.

Pilates Essentials (CF) A technique‑focused Pilates class designed to build strength, improve mobility, and develop deep core stability. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refine foundational movement.

Fusion is a fun and dynamic mix of Pilates and Barre, designed to strengthen and tone your entire body! Using props like chairs, resistance bands, and balls, you'll challenge your muscles, improve balance, and build core strength—all with controlled, flowing movements. Expect a workout that’s low-impact but seriously effective, leaving you feeling stronger, longer, and totally energised!

Power Pilates A stronger, more dynamic Pilates session designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and core stability using progressive, flowing sequences.

Pilates (Mat) A full‑body mat Pilates class focusing on core control, mobility, posture, and alignment. Expect controlled movements and deep muscle engagement.

Be Strong + This strength‑training class (with a little cardio kick!) helps you tone, sculpt, and build lean muscle. You’ll use weights and controlled movements to improve strength, stability, and overall fitness. Expect good vibes, a feel‑the‑burn workout, and to walk out feeling strong and energised!

Yoga A calming yet strengthening practice that improves flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness while reducing stress. With mindful movement and deep breathing, you’ll stretch, tone, and finish feeling relaxed and centred.

Dance Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast! This fast-paced, high-energy workout kicks off with a fun warm-up before diving into an upbeat, choreographed dance routine. Expect plenty of dancing, sweating, and nonstop giggles—because fitness should feel like a party!

Move45 A 45‑minute functional fitness session combining strength, cardio, and conditioning for a full‑body workout. Great for building fitness, improving mobility, and boosting energy.

Body Flow (CF) A mindful movement class designed to help you feel strong, mobile, and deeply restored. You’ll move through a blend of gentle warm‑up work to release tension, standing sequences that improve posture and balance, mat‑based activation to strengthen your core and glutes, and deep stretching to enhance mobility. Each session finishes with calming relaxation, leaving you refreshed, centred, and ready for the day.

Martial Arts A skills‑based class teaching discipline, coordination, confidence, and fitness through martial arts techniques in a supportive environment.

Ninja Squad (CF) A fun, active class for kids and teens focusing on agility, balance, strength, coordination, and confidence. Expect obstacle courses, movement skills, and plenty of high‑energy challenges.

Strength & Core (CF) A functional strength class focused on building total‑body strength with an added emphasis on deep core stability and controlled movement. Perfect for improving posture, power, and everyday strength.

Cardio Boxing (CF) A fast, high‑energy class combining boxing drills with cardio intervals to build endurance, strength, and coordination. Expect a sweaty, empowering session.

Gentle Movers includes exercises that mimic the movements of daily activities to keep participants active and mobile. Expect to work on balance, strength and flexibility. Aimed at over 60’s

Women’s Self Defence (Limited Series) (CF) A practical skills‑based class teaching situational awareness, confidence, assertiveness, and simple self‑defence techniques designed for real‑life scenarios.
